Everyone Must Agree to the Following:
Skate at your Own Risk
We assume no liability for accidents. Because of normal risk of maintaining balance on skates and the probability of occasional contact between skaters, accidents can and do happen. You must voluntarily assume the risk of injury when you skate. We cannot and do not carry insurance covering injury to skaters.
Rules of Conduct
:: Any minor not accompanied by a parent must wear skates at all times
:: No food or drink brought into rink.
:: We reserve the right to inspect and approve skates carried-in. In-line and quad skates permitted if wheels have never
touched concrete or asphalt. Missing tops or non-approved wheels not allowed on the floor.
:: Patrons will conduct themselves as gentlemen and ladies at all times.
:: No “in and out” privileges ..when you leave you leave.
:: No loitering in the parking lot or around the building.
:: No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.
:: No one under the influence of alcohol permitted on the premises.
:: All patrons will be neatly groomed-clothes neat and clean.
:: No cut-off sleeves, tube tops, net shirts, hats, sunglasses or combs in the hair.
:: Fast reckless weaving in and out, tag play or skating in any manner that may jeopardize the safety of others will not be
:: No sitting on walls, railings, tables or counters.
:: All persons renting skates are required to wear socks.
:: When the session is over, please tuck shoe laces inside the rental skates and return skates to rental area.
:: All shoes, coats, purses, personal belongings must be placed in a locker or check area.
:: Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
:: All food and drink must be kept in the snack bar area.
:: No gum chewing in the building.
:: No smoking in the building.
:: No foul language is permitted.
:: Parent spectators only.
:: Management reserves the right to inspect lockers, skate cases and/or hand bags when entering or leaving the building.
:: Please report all accidents and injuries to the management.
:: No ear buds or headphones may be worn while on the skate floor
Management reserves the right to refuse anyone not meeting the above standards set forth.
